PROFESSIONAL GRAPHIC DESIGN
Our professional graphic artists will create your e-mail Signature Card in one of three ways:
- We can design a digital duplicate of your printed business cards which you can supply via fax, scanned document attached to an e-mail, or via post..
- A design that reflects your current brand image either from stationery or your web site.
- We can work with your professional graphic designer and use their original designs to create the e-mail signature card template.
Supplying Your Artwork
If we are designing your e-mail Signature Card using original artwork from your corporate designers or vendor, we prefer vector based graphics which can be resized easily without losing the quality of the original artwork. However, we can work with almost any graphic format. If you are supplying the original artwork files or a digital scan of your artwork from business cards, letterhead, or ad copy, you can send these via e-mail to
.
If you are supplying the actual designs on paper for us to scan, send them to the Nexsys Design, Attention: Jon Heath, to the address at the right.
